If I could give more stars I would Lucy's cakes saved my little sisters birthday! We had ordered a photo cake 4 days in advance from baskin robbins and we found out at pick up they did not make it. We called a couple of stores that said they could not do same day photo cakes but Lucy's said she could! When we ordered they told us 15 minutes, but we were in and out of the store about 8 minutes!! I am so grateful to yall! You were so friendly and efficient it really helped ease my worries. The cake was delicious and the price was very fair(cheaper than baskin robin) especially given it was an extreme rush order. Thank you so much for the amazing cake and even better service! I dont think I'll ever buy a cake from any other store. <3

my family ordered a cake for my birthday this weekend and cake was DRY and CRUMBLEY. though it looks beautiful, we cut into it and the slices wouldnt hold up and was coming off into pieces. my grandma took it back to get either a remake or a refund because it was so dry we couldnt finish our slices. i didn't document the cake before taking it in because i felt like it wasnt necessary but the cake was taken in with just the happy and part of the birthday cut into by our family but the lady that works there took almost HALF of my cake just to prove a point that their cakes weren't what we experienced. mind you, we don't eat big full slices of cake as any sensible person would. we eat SLICES not chunks and she cutHUGE pieces and horribly into it too and it was the rudest thing for me to see when my 81 year old grandma brought it back home. what was supposed to be an enjoyable moment was tainted by lack of respect and prideful, selfish actions. I demand a formal apology and either a remake or a full refund by management. my grandma wanted to let this go and though this is just cake, its the customer service that I have a problem with. all this goes without saying but we will not be

I cannot recommend Lucy’s Cake Shop enough! I recently ordered a Sesame Street-themed cake and cookies for a first birthday, and I am absolutely blown away by the results. I had been having such a difficult time finding a local baker who could take on the custom cookies. When I finally reached out to Lucy’s, they were so honest and humble—the lady I spoke with mentioned that the cookie designs might be "very basic." However, she completely went above and beyond! The cookies weren't basic at all; they were adorable, detailed, and clearly made with a lot of care. I was so grateful they were able to make it happen. As for the cake, it was picture-perfect. It looked exactly like the inspiration photos I found online, which we all know can be rare! It was the centerpiece of the party and truly helped make the day memorable. If you are looking for a bakery that is honest, professional, and delivers high-quality work that exceeds expectations, look no further. Thank you, Lucy’s, for making this milestone so special!

Today I am celebrating my sons 1st Heavenly Birthday. I was unable to pick up his cake, instead my mother did for me. Once I got home, I was disappointed to see the piping on the cake. I almost paid $4per fondant snowflake or $3per piped snowflake. I had a feeling the work was going to be sloppy but since it was his favorite cake I had to buy it for this occasion. I’ve been purchasing cakes here for over 20yrs. It’s disappointing that on a very important date I get sloppy work for $45.

I get all my cakes from Lucy’s and have never been disappointed. I got a Valentine’s Day cake for my family and it was delicious but also came out really cute! I told them I wanted something Valentine’s Day related and this is what I got! I will always recommend Lucy’s cakes for any occasion. They are delicious and always come out really nice!
